My review pertains to an exceptional young banking consultant named Vivek Sukhu from Cornubia Standard Bank. The service we received went far beyond what we ever experienced in any bank before. He helped us with an AML for a non resident account and stayed 2 hours beyond closing hours until 5:30pm on 15 April 2025. His service was excellent navigating some technical issues with the video conference authentication by using his person phone and executed all instructions with care. His friendly demeanour and personality complimented his quiet professionalism and should be acknowledged for his efforts.
