My RCP is blocked.
Good Day, I have a business account - plus others with Standard Bank and have had so for years. Beginning of July all of a sudden my RCP was blocked and I have been liaising now for a month with my "Business Banker" but to no avail.
This problem was so supposed to be sorted, according to her, in 4-5 days.
As a small business who has had zero help from Standard Bankover the years, I find it difficult to conduct business without this RCP.
Standard Bank is happy to give away millions of rands in competitions to "rewarding" businesses and R10 000 available to be won every morning on KFM to arbitrary listeners but cannot help their own smaller clients,
If I must close my business or move it, then so be it but I just find Standard Banks approach quite sad.
