My pension was paid in for November for Desember I also did not get from Sassa so they said I will get double on January

My pension was paid in for November for Desember I also did not get from Sassa so they said I will get double on January. Last week when I went into standard bank app it was blocked because I did not use the account I pd in a R360 rand from my discovery to pay internet.My pension comes in on 5 Jan but standard bank blocked the account and said I cannot withdraw any money They did not even inform me of the block on my account. I am in a wheelchair and need that money to pay rent
