My name is Nombulelo Mtwalo Galantshana ID no. *** residing in Makhanda. I opened a funeral policy at Standard Bank in 2023 and I have been up to date with this policy ever since I started. Now this year in June I lost a loved one that was covered in my policy so when I went to submit my claim I was rejected and the reason for this was that they do not pay out if the lift assured did not die at a hospital and I am every upset but this as its is utter ******* and it was never communicated when I joined. Your assistance in this regard would be highly appreciated. Thank you
