My money not given to me by standard bank atm florida jhb goldmen street. funds were cleared from my account.

Standard bank jhb in florida goldmen street.worse bank ever. Went to the atm on saturday the 28th October 2017.machine did not release my funds gave me a slip saying technical error I then tried again it showed my account was cleared I then went into the bank has the atm was right outside the bank.a *********** consultant loged a problem gave me a reference number and said my money will be reversed to my account on Monday the 30th October 2017.has they can't do any thing to help me has its the weekend and the atm has to be balanced so then funds can be paid.she assured be by 12h00 on the 30th I was going to receive my money.no call no SMS nothing was made to follow up on the situation by the consultant which she said she will do.today is the 31st October 2017 and I have not received my money yet.I go to the bank again today the above consultant saw me but was busy I then went to the manager he told me I was given totally incorrect information has the above problem will only be resolved on the 3rd November 2017 and that I should have been told.and they head office does balancing of the atm. He advised me that by Friday I will get my money. This is pathetic service by standard bank they take your money but take forever to give you back your own money,it this matter is not resolved on Friday I will take it further this unprofessional behaviour and incompetency is not exceptable.I will be changing banks has standard bank is a terrible bank I don't advise any one to use them.speaking from my personal experience with them
