My money is not safe

I lodged a call on Saturday the 4th november around 3:30 pm with their call centre ***that an amount of 2500 was debited from my access account on the 31st of October. No permission was granted for that debit ,and there are no details where the money went to .

I sent an email ,a person named Leonard Segano ref ********** 3 responded by asking security question ,which I rep**** to a day later and I have since heard nothing from her .

I called the call center several times only for them to tell me I was not answering the questions properly ,of which I am sure I was answering them correctly.

Today I called again on call centre number ***,ref ********** 055 ,lady said her name is Duduzile .I told her my story ,told her I need the money back ,she needs to recall the money .She told me she will refer me to ***** dpt ,which in my experience takes minimum of 40 days if at all the query will be resolved at all .I told her no ,I just need my money back .I don't want to wait for 3 months for nothing .

I am unemployed ,I get a stipend from the department of health for transport ,rent and food while I am studying .I need that money to be returned to me ASAP because I am unable to go to school or have any food because standard bank is not returning my money back .They are giving me the run around .I keep on calling them and I am not getting assistance .

Please may you assist me .I am not winning .

It can't be right that I get 5200 and the loan takes half of the amount ,2500 .How is anyone supposed to survive on that amount .I mean I am battling to survive on that 5200 .Its worse if the loan helps themselves to the amount and the bank is not willing to reverse the payment that is ********. It is ******** that I must now sleep on the streets, with no food and transport .My kids also depend on that stipend .How does the bank see it fit that because you owe them and are not in a position to pay them that they can now take 2500 out of 5200 leaving me with nothing to survive .I acknowledge my debt ,but I am unemployed ,I don't get a decent salary to afford the repayments. So must we starve now ,we must not go to school ,we must not eat ? How is that justifiable by the bank ? At the end of the day ,with all my debts ,I am human and have a right to eat ,a shelter and going to school .I am not running away from my debt ,I am just not in a position to afford the repayments .And that is why I am trying to go to school so I can get a better job so I can pay them back .So how is making that impossible justifiable? I cannot live on That 5200 a month ,but at least its something .But for a loan to take almost half of it is totally wrong .How am I supposed to survive ? On 15 Nov 2
