My money I cannot get, PATHETIC!!!

I cannot believe what service clients get from Standard Bank, and still most people belong to Standard Bank. They do not care at all about their clients and will never go the extra mile. I overpaid on my credit card and closed the account, the balance was in a positive and I asked to transfer my money over to my cheque account, I have waited for a week now got an sms to say its been resolved but still no funds. Is it not that simple to transfer from your one account to the other. As soon as I am paid up with my debt I moving to another bank, and will definitely not advise anyone to join Standard Bank.<br> <br> I am highly disappointed in all their attempts to help me on numerous occasions, Standard Bank is the same as this government. Waste of time!!!
