My money has disappeared without trace

It has been a month and 2 weeks now and standard bank is still saying that they are investigating as to where my money went. I don't get any update from their side, I have to call them every 3 day and nothing is happening. Can standard bank hand over the matter to another specialist who will give it attention, because even the complaint center is not helping.
