My loan was approved

Please can someone at Standard bank help me. I increased my Revolving credit on Tuesday 03/11/2015. i was told I was approved and it will reflect in 24 to 48 hrs. Then i called ater 48 hrs and was told three days. I explained very nicly that i have no funds to go on and need the money urgently.I was told several times people wil phone me back but no one did and it is now four working days already. I need the funds to reflect immediatly as i was apporved and did foresee this issue.
