My kids don’t have food no electricity my credit rating is dropping and they don’t care

Most un helpful bank I’ve ever come across . Now I understand why people close their accounts with standard bank. To date no one want to assist in unfreezing my account they can’t even provide me with feedback or a call back. My kids are suffering I have absolutely no money to pay my creditors my electricity is off bank wanting to repossess my vehicle and all the staff can say is sorry the department isn’t working we will escalate the matter. *********** staff using a world pandemic to justify uselessness.
