my husband estate is not paid out .

Morning, My name is Lydia Ribane,since last year May 2019,Maponya Mall standard banki went there to get my husband document for his 32 days account , i have authority letter,all the documents that i needed were submitted but even today i dont have a reply to the Bank, how am i suppose to deal with this issue if you cant help me as a client . i went to Maponya mall standard bank and your employee Thabo took my cell phone number , email and said someone will contact me about my husband estates and i have not received anything from Standard bank , i am still waiting even today 03\09 2020, that money was left for me and the kids to survive and make our lives more easy, please contact me and tell me the way forward..
