My funds transferred without my knowledge or authority

Its amazing how when you choose not to bunk your money in your house and instead you give it to professionals but they decide to do what they want with your money. The reason ive been banking with you guys for the past 20 yrs and not moving to another bank was loyalty and honesty but now i feel betrayed and dishonestly treated. I choose to put my money with you for safety reasons instead of keeping it in my house. The strange thing i came across recently was my money transferred from one acc to another without my consent, knowledge and authority. Its funny how sometimes you sms or alert us regarding ***** etc but i feel the people who are always hacking our acc are either working with you or there is no difference. If my money can just disappear like that it scares the living out of me. If ever one day sonething where to happen to my acc i hold you guys fully responsible and this will be proof enough. Im banking with you but i dont feel safe. I want my money returned exactly the same way you took it out. I want my airtime, charges etc refunded. Ive been listening to these fnb aids and ive never thought one day i woukd consider moving to fnb. I dont like it but because im not safe at std bank, id rather mive.ive reported and as ive told the consultant i need someone higher to call n apologies, ive been patiently waiting and its been 2 weeks now. Shame and disappointed at you guys. Youve always been my favourite bank but now i dont think so. Im waiting for the call!!!!
