My credit profile has been smeared erroneously

<p>On October 19th 2016 i paid up my personal loan with standard bank and i was then informed there wss an interest amount outstanding which i oaid up on the 20th of October 20th 2016.</p> <p>In January 2017 i received a call from standardbank loans department saying i iwe them money. </p> <p>I went to caoe gate branch and wss told the outstanding amiunt was written off as bad debt and they Can see ive paid the amount on the 20th Oct 2016.</p> <p>I need my nane to be cleared and want an apology in writing from Standard Bank for their negligence. </p>
