MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT FROZEN FOR FICA REASONS

I logged onto my internet banking today to find that my account is frozen, so i called in and they said it was because they do not have updated FICA. They did not even contact me requesting it! I have been a client for 10 years - I even had a huge loan with them (paid up)- yet they tell me today that they have no contact details for me?? Really.....I owed you loads of money at one stage and you say you have no way of contacting me??Ridiculous. Tried to go FICA - and they are OFFLINE!! As a result I cannot pay an urgent order. Thanks for nothing Standard Bank. I can not even update my contact details via phone.....what now??? You have been offline all day. I need to make a payment...
