I have had an account with the bank for over 10 years and I'm really happy about how I am treated as a customer, of late the bank I had noticed being credited for statement fees that were incorrectly billed even though I wasn't aware of it. That showed me transparency and being trustworthy which is highly appreciated. Always when I visit the branch I get great service and no longer has excessive waiting time
