MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED WITH R10709.78

Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset Finance debited my account with unauthorised R10709.78. I have not signed a debit order mandate for this amount. I do not dispute the fact that I am in arrears with this account, but how on earth can they take this amount of money from my account and leave me with a round R2500? Did they think they did me a favour by leaving that in my account. Do you people not know that it is time for salaries to be paid, which should be done first. If you think you did this legally, then supply me with the paperwork that authorises you to empty my account. You see I am even struggling to pay your account, and you still go and take the last of the money we have.
