My account is not debited by standard bank

I have been granted a vehicle finance by standard bank, my issue is they haven't debited my account till now, tried Facebook, tried emailing they vehicle finance department, logged queries on their website nothing no response now im confused i don't know whether the derbit order was supposed to start later or what.
