My account closed with money

I have an account Standard Bank which I know is still active, only to find out they closed it without my knowledge and I have money on that account.<br> <br> I want to know how does the bank closes an account that has money on it without consulting the account holder, I also need to know the reason behind on closing my account.<br> <br> Tha lady who helped me by the name of Khanya was very unhelpful and couldnt care less with the answers she gave me.<br> <br> I want money back, that is all I need.
