My account blocked and the funeral policy claim amount inaccessible with the funeral tomorrow wow standard bank

Soo we have a funeral cover at home where my brother had paid the cover amount into my bank account because I am close to home and the family can get access to the money easier only to be told by standard bank my card is blocked, I cnt access the funds meaning the family cannot have a funeral tomorrow I might as well being the corpse to their door step I will even cancel my account with them this is such an inconvenience 💔
