My account being debited whilst i have cancelled p

I 2009 i took out 2 funeral covers with Std bank. I was working at that time<br> last year i lost my job buy i was getting UIF so i did not cancell, i cancelled both policies and they cancelled one, i am not working and i have repeatedly been telling them i cannot afford the cover t, i dont want it . They debited my savings account with my last R500 that i was suppose to buy food for my kids with. <br> I demand a refund as i have told them many many times to stop the cover, i dont need it. i cannot afford it. i am unemployed i have no income
