The disregard for professionalism and business etiquette in this division is just appalling!
Misdirected communication, unskilled & irresolute consultants on resolve client queries,
I've had a standing query 2yrs running, everyone keeps passing the buck. "I'll escalate & revert back," Nobody follows up.
