Mthokozisi Mkhize -- excellent service

Following my complaint about Ithuba, which has been resolved, I would like to compliment Mthokozisi Mkhize, Universal Banker, of Standard Bank Hillcrest who has repeatedly provided service of an excellent quality. He has been patient, helpful, friendly and professional, and tried really hard to track down the 'missing' funds. What a pleasure it is to deal with this talented gentleman. Thank you, Mthoko.
