Ms Williams going extra for clients

I would like to appreciate and recommend the service i received from a lady her surname is Williams at Trade route Mall Branch. It was a Saturday afternoon and the branch was already closed, i wanted to withdraw cash and my card was retained, being stranded i saw a name tag and told her my story, without any hesitation she assisted with a smile and issued me with a debit card - advised me on the process to order a new cheque card and the reason was retained. Thank you Ms Williams even though the branch was closed, you took your time to listen to me and assisted. You really deserve a star.
