I was assisted today by SALOME TAU of the Standard Bank call centre. What a wonderful experience...Ms Tau understood that I was assisting my elderly mother with what had become a fraught situation, she handled the issue with kindness, humour, thorough professionalism & patience...she even called me back from a colleagues station when her screen went dead.
