M#Right cover ***** on my account

I reported debit order which appear to card purchase M#Right Cover and it taking out R59 from my account every month.I was calling from standard bank branch in bridge city and the guy told me that it's my fault that this money is taken out of my account and that why I only report now about after I told him reason why I didn't take note of it and when I see it it's all my fault. I asked him to change my card with new card number and now this money is still taken and now with ref as my new card number. Please help me coz now I'm thinking of changing bank and I have been with standard bank for long now but they can't help me when I need them.
