Mr S.Ramnath

I have deposited monies 18 years ago into a new savings account which I have a copy of the deposit. When I went to them to withdraw they told me they have no record of my deposit. I have been to n fro from the bank to their dispute department .Management will not disclose any information on emails for seniors. Please help.
