I have tried for a couple of months now to get a Personal Loan from Standard Bank and has been declined of a Bad Credit Report of 2018, where we failed to make payments on our Bond. We have settled it then but was approved by the bank a couple of months ago. I had to go to the Banking Ombudsman to resolve the matter. It was resolved through him but even now I am still struggling to get a loan. We are living on my wife's Preservation Fund and it is very low now. I want to purchase a perfect vehicle for my business for R45 000. I can make money to put Food on the table for my family. I am Banking at Standard Bank personally. I have a business account at FNB. But when I went to Standard Bank on Monday, they rather said I should try my Business Bank, FNB. How cruel could you be?
