I am very disappointed with Standard Bank Credit card division I am a customer with them for 25 years, but now I had enough of this dalight ******* I use this card basically only for paying tolls My required payment monthly is about 250 I pay every month R700, but if I make the payment on the 2nd or 3rd of the month they charge me 170 collection fee plus some other charges I have never missed a payment, but get a demanding sms on the first and as I say, I pay 3 times what they asked for monthly When I asked the bank to send me statements by email. It took almost a year for them to action after numerous requests Wonder how much money they have taken from me through all these years for so called collection fees
