Mr justice
On the 25february 2021 at phumlani mall at standard bank branch while my wife and I went to withdraw the money and the money didn't come out but on cell phone it shows withdrawall,the sum of R5000,but no money been received, and I went to the branch the following day on the 26 february 2021I was speaking with the lady by the name of Sita shongoe contact number ***, she send me to police station to open the case and at police station they have send me back to the branch because the is no suspect on that matter and sita call me and tell me that she can see me on the line to the ATM but because their atm cameras are not yet connected they don't see with machine I went,I asked her what to do from here she promised me that the branch manager will call me on Wednesday the 07of April 2021 till today the kept Quiet, please help me with this matter , since she promised me that the branch manager will call me, without a call from the bank I don't know what to do from now,I hope you will help me on this matter,
