Last year I paid my bond up on that very day I wrote a letter in the branch requesting them to cancel my bond as well as my home isurance as well I have other properties so I just added the std bank property to the existing insurance I had ieven got a letter from discovery stating that they are my new insurer and they can go ahead to cancel my std bank insurance today I called in to ask what about my refund I realized that std bank was still debuting my account for a whole year after I requested cancelation of my bond they tell me discovery could not match what they insured my property for hence they could not stop my insurance not once did I get a call not once did I get a letter e mail now I'm prestige banker paying for God knows what one can't get hold of any body in std bank service is like zero it's pathetic really I'm disgusted at this what us happening in the bank is our money safe from home loans to personal banking is falling apart
