Mr Botes

I went to Standard Bank Heiderand Mall Mosselbay on 10 January 2025 to apply for a business loan and Andre Van Der Berg was the consultant. I submitted all documents as required, and he said it would take about 1 week to know if I was successful, it is now 2 weeks later, and I can't get hold of him on the phone and he also doesn't reply to the emails I send. I also can't get through to the branch to complain to the Manager, you must hold on forever. This to me is very unprofessional and I don't think I will do any business with Standerbank, because they are pathetic.
