Standard Bank Mafikeng, must be closed and send some employees home, I hate to say, they are useless and do not respect customers. I visited the branch several times always get pathetic service. And unfortunately my job is on the line because of people who are ***********. Requested to make a transfer to pay our employees, and it was not done, when I enquire following day, they make me wait in the quee for another 3 hours, they tell me, our transaction is complicated. I wait and wait, without assistance,, tell me how do I tell my boss that I was in the bank for the whole day without assistance. Banking with standard bank was a big mistake my company did, especially mafikeng branch Mandela drive. I wish someone could come and change things. I spend whole day in the Branch on the 23/07/2020 and on the 24/07/2020, still not assisted. All requested documents provided, but hey no one is will to help me. I m willing to discuss in details with someone from standard bank who can assist, as for this branch must be closed or we get new staff members who knows how to treat customers with respect and dignity.
