Standardbank is the worst bank, I have been sending emails to their complaints resolutions email, branch manager and banker. I have to the branch almost every month and to date still no feedback, no resolutions. I then went to close my account and was ensured that the branch manager will call me back within the week to resolve all my issues, still no call. I then called Nedbank and within 30 min a private banker called me back to discuss rates and options to switch to them. This is why I will be moving to them and why Standardbank has had the most complaints as per their results end of 2014. #movingback
