Moving to FNB!

I have submitted fica documents about 2 or 3 times since i started banking with standard bank. I got a call saying documents are still outstanding. Today I went for the fourth time only to hear that standard bank can't accept passports because passports can be ****d and ID documents can't. i have an online trading account which isn't blocked which proves that they do have my fica documents on their system but they say they can't pick up my ID. I have misplaced my ID currentlyand waiting for my new one. It's with utter dismay that I can't cancel my account until it's been unfrozen. I am definately moving to FNB! Standard bank is absolutely pathetic, rude and down right unprofessional.
