Moving Nowhere!

We been comunicating with Standard Bank since Jun 2016 and other role players e.g. OOBA. After several mails and one excuse more pathetic then the previous we send all info and proof to Standard Bank Customer Relations centre on 11 October 2016.

Only on 1 Nov 2016 we received feedback where they appologies for the lack of service and inconvenience that we've experienced - They noted the relevant areas where the service breakdowns have occured and their processes will be reviewed to address these service gaps. Then they mail was end off by saying that our 1 year old bond is closed and thats why our insurance is cancelled. This is however not the case and exactly the reason why we sit in the position we currently sitting.

We then send all relevant proof to Standard Bank Complaint Resolution Centre on 11 Nov 2016 and receive the auto response informing us we will receive a response shortly.

Ten days later after no response - on 21 Nov 2016 we send the whole story again to Standard Bank Complaint Resolution Centre and again received the same auto response message. Up to today we have not heard anything from them yet - 14 days later.

Reviewer Update

Already six day again after Standard Bank's reply on our post and still not a word from them.

With 5 litres of water leaking from the geyser a day it is already 30 litres again gone and the damage to the dwelling just getting worse everyday. This and the current water restrictions doesn't seems to bother Standard Bank at all - why would answering their loyal client of 25 years matter to them?
