Moving Debit order without notification and insufficient time

Standard Bank has inconvenienced me TWICE in the last 3 days. Firstly on the 15th of December my Loan debit order goes off. We received no communication of any sort. Then on the 15th that evening we get an SMS to say "for my Convenience Standard bank is going to debit my account on the 15th Dec". How is that for my convenience when I only get paid on the 20. Secondly, on the 16th I get a sms to say my debit order for my Credit card is going off on the 18th for my convenience. So I called the number on the SMS on the 16th Dec, says I mus call during office hours. So I eventually speak to someone and they checked system and no the debit order will not go off monday. I even send a message on FB and someone said they have forwarded it to relevant people. Till today I have heard nothing. And then this morning, I get an SMS to say my account has been debited for my credit card. How is this for my convenience if I only get paid on the 20th. This is truly disgusting for standard bank to generalise that everyone gets paid on the 15th like bank staff.. I an very very unhappy with your customer service and the way you send notification to clients after debit order has gone off and sending notifications on public holiday when we cannot get hold of anyone to confirm or move debit order.
