Moving backwards!!

I had difficulties the previous month and that was due to unexpected even, my car broke down and that lead to me applying for a loan externally. which was deposited into my Standard bank cheque account, standard bank deducted their revolving loan amount, before the signed and agreed date of the 25th of each month.

I called and i was sent from pillar to post as the money they deducted was for my 9 month old son 's formula and transportation till month end, I was irritated as they have already deducted that amount for that month and for the following month in the same month which was May. I the vowed that i was going to open an account else were which i did, Now i want to close this account as it keeps on accumulating bank charges for unpaid debit orders, and I am unable go visit a branch due to work I an unable, I was told that I Needed to do that at a branch as they cant assist me telephonic.

I REALLY LOVED STANDARD BANK, IT was the only bank that gave me a student loan when everyone else didnt, but that fact that my son had to go for days without his milk really changed all the good standing I had with this bank. AND I AM REALLY SAD TO WRITE SUCH A BAD REVIEW
