Motorwise

I took a cover with The Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset Finance: Monthly Motorwise (pre-owned) Warranty to cover my vehicle in case of mechanical breakdowns. My car broke down last week and it was towed to the Peugeot dealer in Isando, Kempton Park. The dealership says the problem is cambelt but the dealership refuses to fix the car because it says Motorwise refuses to authorise for payments in case the cambelt failure caused other parts to fail even those covered by the warranty. <br> <br> This is despite the fact that under covered components it is written as follows in bold on term 14.<br> <br> 14. Engine All internal lubricated components (excluding burnt and bent valves,<br> except if valves are bent because of cambelt failure).<br> <br> I would like to know why they do not want to fix my car.<br>
