I was sold a extended warranty buy Standard Bank over the phone, never received documentation. This warranty would come into effect once the new car warranty expired, I now after 4 years come to claim for a noise in the gearbox/transfer case and they say they do not cover the transfer case. I would like to know how do they sell a product for 4x4 that does not workout that the gearbox on a 4x4 has a transfer case. This is a sham for any person who has a 4x4 as this policy is useless, Standard Bank is my bank and they sold me this product. I am really feel that Standard bank are dealing with a poor product which is useless to 4x4 owners.
