Motor Assist Cover being added on my installement without my consent

Good Day

I have been calling standard bank since 10 O'clock in the morning as in today the 14th February 2022 trying to get assistance on the cancellation of the Motor assist cover that I did not request. I saw my monthly statement from Std blank VAF that they have added that Motor Assist Cover without my permission and its gonna deduct tomorrow and i wanted that Motor Cover Assist to cancelled today

I have be thrown from post to pillar without any assitance, I do have and insurance cover but now i will have to wait fti 7 to 14 days for refund should they deduct beceace thiis Motor Assis Cover is added ony monthly installment.

Why makes me angry is the fact that i was not contacted prior this now i must go around and call and went to the branch without being assisted

Can Standard Bank Motor Cover assist cancel this before it deduct tomorrow on the agreed debit date.

I really need assistance
