Standard Bank explain this: Motor Assist Cover of R750 deducted together with my car installment this month, what the hell for? Who consented to this? You lot are unprofessional. I do not need your silly cover. Pay that money back. When I call, your service agents send me from pillar to post. What must I do. I need an answer now.
