MOST USELESS BANK IN THE WORLD

I keep a credit card for emergencies and when I have to make big payments, Stupid Bank has decided to freeze my card as I according to them don't use it enough. I have never had a late payment as the card is always paid up to date, and i went to the branch and they couldn't help as I had to phone the problem in, and that helped nothing as I couldn't get through to a human being to activate/cancel the card. Thanks for NOTHING Standard Bank . .
