Most useless bank in SA

I am so chocked at how Standard Bank does business. I now know why so many people are struggling to get their finances in order. When i think of this company, i have a headache. How competent are your consultants? I get a call from a different person everyday and i have to ask them to go back to their notes. No one knows what they are doing in that bank. I am a very frustrated client!!!!!!!!!
