Most useless bank

I gave 1 star because there was no option to give 0. I cannot believe how utterly rude and helpless standard bank staff are. Worst service I have or rather haven't received. From keeping me on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for a consultant to answer and then when one finally answer, they drop the call. Called the switchboard directly, just for the lady to drop the call once again. I am beyond annoyed and infuriated. Worst bank in the world.
