Most unorganized under qualified and trained staff!!!

Very bad attitude. Trying to get money out of me for some or other debt but can't even give me any evidence or documentation regarding it! Sending my query from one person to the next, from legal to insolvency to the call centre to the branch and back again and still nobody able to help. But they keep on harassing me threatening me with legal steps although the problem is on their side not mine. Have all the evidence to back up my story. Nobody willing to try and help me to solve the problem. After a few mails and a visit to the branch it always ends up the same way, just referring me to someone else. This has been going on for a year now!!!
