Most Pathetic Service EVER!
Worst bank EVER!! I've been in and out of branches for almost 2 months now, asking for assistance to repay my student loan. They keep on putting me on a stupid list and saying someone will call me within 1 business day. NOBODY EVER CALLS BACK! When you call the helpline they put you on hold to go "find out" and then gives you an email that DOES NOT EXIST! This is so pathetic! Already opened another account with another bank, im done with Standard bank. Most pathetic service ive ever seen!
