MOST PATHETIC BANK IN THE WORLD
Pathetic - It took 3 trips to the branch to send a Moneyorder. 1st the sent the money to Europe in stead of the USA - Then had to drive there a 3rd time because they do not answer the phones. Now I have been waiting for the stupid branch manager to phone me for a week. Made 19 calls to the bank on Saturday - no answer tried calling all week no answer phoned again now asked to speak to the manager - no one answers the phone. tried calling again now switchboard doesnt pick up. plus money was ****** by the branch - and I have proof!
