most pathetic bank
i have spent over 30 minutes trying to speak to a consultant but to no avail!!! i am being charged R25 a month for statement costs - i dont remember asking for my statements to be posted to me, i have always opted for email and yet i dont even receive statements via email yet i am charged every month! CAN SOMEONE CALL ME
