Most inefficient Bank EVER

Standard Bank - I have NEVER come across a more useless bunch of employees ever!<br> Request for cancellation of cession requested on 25 August by a personal visit to Branch.<br> Numerous calls placed and promises made by Sapora, Clifford, Siyanda, Unity and Thulise that it would be done immediately. Each one promised to send it by end of day but didnt, then **** that it had been sent to Liberty on 1 September, which it wasnt!! They back dated the letter and emailed it to me on 8 September and asked me to send it! Now they are not returning my emails or calls.<br> This is beyond shocking!! i will NEVER recommend this useless Bank to anyone ever!<br> i have repeatedly asked for a Senior Supervisor to call to sort this out but that gets ignored too.<br> 16 days and counting....
