I trf R250 long before 03 Jan 2022 . Ok Which left me indirectly leaving me owing still R117.00 ( remember I needed to pay R25 , but gave in advance R259 which was 10 times!!! the amount you asked . Right . So in 31 Dec 2021 I purchased at Dis Chems for R1296.00 . While in the store on that day I trf R5O0 induct my to pay a portion of tveR1296.00 transaction toward this purchase. Know I owe only the R796 plus E117.909 Still from previous 8t December statement. Which effect my statement when close!! on 8 th Jan 2O22 ( take note what just said ). But the 4 th January Discheme . Refunded me Back R880.70. C/ c . Which was part of the Ordinal purchase on 31 Dec 4 day prior!!! . I was I. The store had to provide them with my card . Which I did !! Enter my pin . Received proof of re fund . Ok so in green under transaction the R880 .79 reflect , so now I should only owe the bank on the 4 th when credit refund was passed back into my card . But the pt Roble is althou it showed as credit . It was not available . Therefore it affected my over all credit available. So I call yesterday get a stance as I could see that the difference of R880.70 was what I was still short off .( oh I also made 2 other credit pmt tho Standardbank Before!! My January 8 th closes . rR500 plus 200 . As the app still show I need to pay R25 . Which I did alreadt paid R590 in the 31 Dec i store !! So yester I was in the line for 25 with lady which trace . She couldn’t eve pronounce English words . I was highly it rated by her . I’m going say she was Dumb! I now it’s rude. What let’s call it the right name . Stupid or Dumb. She eventually just outback to music. And after 25 I cut te music . Redial and it speak with McDonald’s. He was an extremely professional person and u was highly impressed. No fault this stage toemwards him. But this problem . Today he call to advise that R880.70 cleared . Yet my over all amount to complete my full liner is still short on that amount . And oh my God get the agent understanding that . Learning French would been easier. Not only I’m I out picket for unclesrfedR880.70 which purpose was sorted and it reflect , No no no It might be cleared now but it has NOt increased my available nance by that amount . I’m actually so fetch up with this whole incredible crusted people. That works in finance company . But can’t add 2 and 2 toget . Match’s should be requirement when interview for employment! And on ease keep your sorry fir your self . I don’t! Want hear about neither tonight care !!!!! Fix my dam card . I did brew purch today for same medication at Dischem Fir R892.99 .
